Write a TimesTable
program that uses nested loops to print out a “times table” showing the products of a series of numbers. The columns should run from 0 to 15 and the rows should run from 0 to 12.
The table should be formatted so that numbers are neatly spaced in their rows and columns. You’ll want to use print formatting for this.
Example: System.out.printf("%4d", row * col);
