Write a program lunch_or_dinner.py that asks the user to enter the current time in 24-hour format ( 1000 for ten am, 1400 for 2 pm, etc.)
For the purposes of this program, if it's before 4 pm the restaurant is serving lunch, and if it's that time or later, they're serving dinner. Print a "lunch" or "dinner" message that is appropriate for the time entered. Regardless of the time, print a message that welcomes them to the restaurant.
Sample interaction:
What time are you joining us (enter time in 24-hour format): 1400
We have some excellent lunch specials today.

Ah, we hope you'll enjoy one of our fine dinners.
