Mark K100.005:43:0003:25Cycling miles only. Beautiful day with highs on mid 70s and almost no wind! Congrats to all and thanks again to my idol, Mr. Richard White!2025-01-02 18:45:07
Sarah0.700:14:4421:02Didn't get to that 10k but at least I finished a 5k! Happy new year everyone!2025-01-01 19:37:24
Jeff5.780:56:3609:47Good rule of thumb: it's harder to lace up and head out for the second run of the day after a long hot shower. Accomplished zero projects (sorry Beau), but it was a great start to New Year. Thank you all for the inspiration and motivation!2025-01-01 16:42:21
Karen5.100:00:0000:00Walking & walking 😊 Now black-eyed peas are cooking up and kids will be coming over for some mac ‘n’ cheese and some good-luck soup!2025-01-01 16:22:21

Karen2.000:00:0000:00Walking a loop that included a visit to Tsuki’s friends, the chickens at the corner of The Alameda & El Dorado, meeting Aaron on his way back from marching straight up Marin to Grizzly Peak & its view of the bay, split off to amble through the Edible School Yard before heading home for coffee & Rose Parade2025-01-01 11:14:33

Laurel9.101:30:0009:53I intended to do 15k, but it was gray and snowing, so I set out to do something... maybe the 5 mile loop. Proving, once again, that it is harder to get out than stay out, I ended up doing the big loop with a small shortcut 'cause my butt was freezing. Lots of animal tracks to look at and silence to take in. Thank you, Richard, for the inspiration!2025-01-01 10:50:10
